Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure you can access the photos without any hassle.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Link Provided by A&M Group Inc.
In your email or message, you’ll find a link that we shared with you. Simply click the link, and you’ll be directed to a gallery where all the photos related to your project are displayed.
2. Find the “Download All Photos” Button
Once you’re viewing the gallery, look to the top right corner of the page. There, you’ll see a button labeled “Download All Photos.” This button allows you to download all the images at once.
3. Click “Prepare Download”
When you click the button, a prompt will appear asking for your email address. This step ensures a secure download.
4. Enter Your Email Address
Input your email address into the prompt, and you’ll receive a direct download link in your email inbox from CompanyCam.
5. Check Your Inbox for the Download Link
Within moments, you should receive an email from CompanyCam. Inside the email, you’ll find a link to download the photos as a ZIP file. Click this link to begin the download.
6. Download and Extract the ZIP File
Once the ZIP file has downloaded to your computer, follow these steps to extract the photos:
- On Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All” to unzip the contents.
- On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file, and it will automatically extract the images.
7. View Your Photos
After the file is unzipped, all the photos will be stored in a folder on your computer, ready for you to access, view, and share as needed. Please note that if you’re downloading photos for multiple units, we will send you a separate link for each unit. This ensures that each unit’s photos are organized in individual folders, rather than all images being grouped together in one large file. This way, it’s easier to manage and find the photos you need for each specific unit.
