These bubbles or ripples should start to lay flat again as the carpet dries. They should be hardly noticeable once dry. This is frequently an indication that the carpet needed to be re-stretched prior to the carpet cleaning.
We cannot promise that all carpet stains or spots will be eradicated. There are some things that can permanently stain carpet fibers. The age of the carpet as well as the type of carpet fibers play a role in this.
